Imzadi by Peter David6/29/2023 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() That’s all that I’ll say about this book, since it’s a story that you’re best discovering for yourself. “Imzadi” is mostly about the short-lived relationship between Riker and Troi before the events of ST:TNG. So it can be considered to be at least partially canon (unlike most of the various “Star Trek” novels). In fact, I’m quite surprised that it’s taken me until now to get round to reviewing this book, since I read it about four or five months ago.Īlso, according to the foreword, the premise of the novel was actually approved by Gene Roddenberry too. It’s also slightly longer than the average ST:TNG novel at 342 pages in length. Like the other Peter David novels I’ve read, it’s very well written and occasionally very funny too. This is probably one of the most well-renowned of the ST:TNG novels. ![]()
